Here’s your chance to be a hero!
Don’t tell me that the error means EpiInfo can’t handle it! Tell me how to make it work. It SHOULD work. The Syntax is correct. The error is telling me that the program can’t handle this much information/this many variables. (Wha???) I’ll share the dataset with you, if you like, but please — for heaven’s sake — make this damn thing work. Or teach me another command that will make it work.

Thanks — what is frustrating is that it is a very very simple command and a simple computation (all things considered). It would take me a second in another package. I wanted to ask for a prevalence of acute illness on this assignment I’m teaching tonight and can’t believe this run I wrote for it doesn’t work for a really stupid reason. I had to change the question. I’m guessing that there may be another command or procedure to do the computation another way, I just can’t find it. Frustrating. It’s not the most user-friendly package!
