My daughter, er, no, my HUSBAND’S CHILD got into our office drawers in the wee hours of the morning. She proceeds to take a sheet of stamps. And another sheet of stamps. And some tape.
It’s too traumatic for me to go much further.
So, does anyone know? Will the Post Office swap ruined stamps for ones still fit for circulation?
Also? What does one do with a child who is remaining grounded until age 40?

I remember taking back whole rolls of stamps that had become glued together by the humidity, when I worked in the LA State Capitol back in the early 1990s. The postman fussed a bit, but did exchange them. So hopefully the post office near you these days will be as accommodating.

LOL! I guess you could put her up on ebay and hope you get at least enough to cover the loss of the stamps 😛 JK!

Maybe you could sell pictures of the debacle to recoup the costs, because I suspect they’re hilarious. Maybe they’ll be hilarious to you only once Kate is a teenager (I mean, 40), but I’m already laughing, and I haven’t yet seen them, except in my head.

Man o man. LOL. My daughter once made a palace out of tampons. Not nearly disasterous as this stamp act, but kids… they have to get their creative energy out.
