Holly-
Your kids look beautiful and healthy and I am thrilled for you! I must admit that seeing this pictures scares me from becoming pregnant. I feel like I’ve worked so hard for so long to get into the best shape of my life (now) and I don’t know how I’d come to terms with such a drastic change. Of course, I know it is worth it in the end and perhaps when my day comes, I won’t mind as much as I think I do now. Hope you are well!

The reality of our bodies is that they are made to change with time. It is amazing to have the ability to go through such tremendous changes — and I think we should be realistic about what these changes do to us. I love that the scars, wrinkles, lines, and curves of our figures tell stories — think of that wonderful scene in the sewing shop in “Real Women Have Curves.”
If nothing else, becoming a mother definitely reduces any feelings of modesty or vanity!
