The view from the cliffside (at the end of our street). The building on the pier is a very fancy restaurant. (We’d consider going there for my birthday tomorrow — it’s suppose to be great — but I think we need to wait a little bit before going out without Will!)

It’s beautiful! I can’t wait to see it…and enjoy a wonderful 30th birthday dinner! I can’t think of a more wonderful place to celebrate!

Hey Birthday Girl!
Happy 30th. π
I thought you were the baby – maybe that’s stefanie. π I turn 30 this month too. π
I hope you are handling it better then I – I just sort of feel a little anxious about it – sizing up my life so far and considering if I am content with where I’ve come, or who I am, or what I’ve done in the last 30yrs- hails in comparison or is some how less adequate then others my age, hmm!?!
The fact that today is the first day of sun in some 2+weeks here in Michigan isn’t helping my attitude *smiles*
Keep the photos and updates coming – it looks fabulous where you are. I agree with Gwen – a great place to celebrate your day. I hope you get a chance to pamper yourself today. π
With Love,
Deneil

Did I say 30? I swear I thought it was 29.
I don’t know about fancy dinner tonight. For one, I’ve learned that Costa Verde, although nice for the view and sound of the sea crashing around you, the daily buffets run roughly $60/per person(!!)
More importantly, Paul is suffering from the stomache ickies and has yet to down the recommended tonic (read the post above). So much for putting on my “fancy” maternity top for a fun day! π

For the record, I think I might be the baby of our group…I turn 29 (legitimately 29 :)) later this month.
Holly: Peru looks amazing. Can’t wait to read more about it in the weeks to come!
